Abstract:
The present paper investigates the barriers against the knowledge flows which are intented to produce innovation. The analysis is made at the at the individual, organisational and inter-organisational levels, underlining the importance of knowledge communication, collaboration and accumulation in assuring the percolation of knowledge and making the grid of our model more and more fertile and able to support innovation. The paper also identifies some solutions to decrease the identified barriers.
