Abstract: In the article the author examines the legal framework of economical cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia. Extracts basic and promising areas of economical cooperation between two countries. Analyzes future of economical cooperation. Emphasizes the importance of economic cooperation, which is a promising direction for Ukraine. Experience of Latvia should be used in their own economic transformations to let this process be successful.
