Abstract: The youngmen’s social inclusion problem has known a large spread lately, both at a European and national level. The identified risks in the case of failing in finding a job, especially for the young generation, determined the member states to identify and implement a diversity of measures in order to support youngmen in occupying a job. The purpose of this study is to identify the main actual elements that refer to the legislative and institutional measures, with impact on the youngmen’s inclusion, at a European and national level.
