Abstract:
The battle for customers in tourism is fought for the minds and hearts of customers. Tourism branding is the solution to succeed in a tourist market where many destinations compete. Branding a destination is an organizing principle that involves orchestrating the messages and experiences associated with that place that ensure they are as distinctive, memorable and powerful as possible.
