Abstract:
The paper addresses the complexity and growing impact of digitalization as well as the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into different sectors of society, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges brought by this revolutionary technology. As AI becomes more integrated into fundamental activities – from business to public administration – new questions arise about ethics, security, prosperity and the future of humanity. The pandemic year is researched in terms of digitization, businesses that had online commerce, businesses that had sales through their own sites, electronic sales, as well as the number of businesses by hardware/ software activities. Digitalization, the culmination of the technological era during the Covid period, the topic of incorporating AI into digitalization, as well as issues related to the future of human intelligence are addressed through an analytical and comparative method through capturing the dynamics of specific indicators.
