The authors analyzed the feasibility of new technologies in the management of the Regional Office ofthe agro-industrial complex. They propose to use a system of project sites for innovative investment andmodernization. Regional managers and consultants must be trained technology project management andquality management systems. Only then, they will be able to coordinate effectively the innovative projects.
