The issue of development and implementation of state competition policy is analysed in the givenarticle. Identified are stages of development of competition in Ukraine. The need for systematization ofUkraine’s competition law is revealed. Suggested are guidelines for improving the activities of theAntimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
