Multi-factorial researching of regional commercial real estate markets through sociocultural aspects represents a complex challenge. There are no precedents of special regional sociocultural assessment in the field of commercial real estate. Moreover, there are no corresponding tools for researches. This article describes the main characteristics of offered sociocultural regional commercial real estate markets assessment tools, realised in Hofstede’s specially transformed parametrical system and suitable for applied researches.
