Rapid growth of the population and its concentration in the cities — the most important tendencies of the come century. Respectively concentrationin the cities of various waste, first of all the solid household waste demanding timely removal from the places of residence of the population andsafe utilization increases also. One of the important directions in the field of formation complex systems addresses with solid household waste isneed of introduction in practice of the European mechanisms of selective collecting TBO in the cities, focused on razkdelny collecting different typesof waste, allocation of secondary raw materials with possibility of its reuse or processing, allocation of dangerous types of waste from the generalstream of TBO accumulated by the population.
