In this work as authors one of scenarios of development of the worldwide after transition to a post-capitalist state is considered for the present notreceived an extensive discussion in scientific community. In article the description of today’s economic space which is on the verge of disorder anduncertainty is given. The idea of formation of absolutely new world market with the network states in the conditions of globalization is reduced to aquestion of creation of the mechanism of implementation of the international payments. Authors of article see the future behind the cryptocurrencies,capable to provide requirements of already created post-capitalist society. In this regard the relations of the governments of various countriesof the world to information innovation were analyzed, and also recommendations are stated to the government of Russia on introduction of virtualcurrencies in payment system.The article is published within a grant of Autonomous non-profit organization of higher education of the «Institute of Political and MediametricStudies» («IPMS»)
