In work the data received as a result of conducted sociological research among townsmen of Rostov-on-Don from January, 27till January, 29th, 2006 is analysed. The constitution and temperamental electoral types of respondents making general totality aredescribed. Conclusions are drawn on possibility of development of a situation in Russia as the Ukrainian orange revolution and ways ofcounteraction to such development. The purpose of a writing of present article is acquaintance of interested persons in scientific andpolitical spheres with results of the described research and possibilities of their application.
