In article it is told that as a result of working out and the analysis of directions socially – economic development of region initialvariants of investment projects are formed some and there is a problem of a choice of perspective directions for the further study. In thisconnection the technique containing an order of selection of the most important projects, realized in region with mechanism GCHP useis offered.
