In article transition problems to the stable, socially focused growth, maintenance of competitiveness of social and economicsubsystems of national economy, formation of bases of a postindustrial society in the conditions of globalization of world space, tocreation of the is innovative-focused economic system are considered. The specified problems dictate necessity of formation of strategyof development of the Russian economy on accurately certain conceptual basis in which quality, in view of necessity of socialization, it isexpedient to use a sustainable development paradigm.
