In article models and conceptual approaches to research of various aspects of development of sotsio-prirodo-economic system areconsidered. It is said that the reasons of excessive influence of ecological factors on economic activities development lie not only inactually economic sphere, but also in social, and to consider them it is necessary in interrelation.
