The article is devoted to the study of concepts, characteristics and factors for the formation of environmental and economicrisks of the environment in urban areas. Reviews the sources and subjects of the ecological and economic risks, as well as the structureof socio-economic relations in the process of formation of ecological-economic risks. An algorithm for the quantitative assessment of thelevel and activities on the management of ecologo-economic risk of urbanized territories.
