The questions of the modern environmental incentive mechanism aimed at the protection, use and reproduction of mineralresources, which leads to the need to develop principles of environmental and economic policies, based on new and improvement ofexisting methods of environmental management systems and environmental laws, standards and regulations environmentalrequirements for the business activities and the environment, to the formation of economic relations in society that will lead to therestructuring of the national economy, taking into account the requirements of environmentally significant.
