The current stage of the formation and development of the Internet economy, characterized by the activation of information andeconomic relations, as well as the tendency of the "new economy" to the traditional system defects. Given the reasons for inefficientfunctioning of cyberspace internet. The author offers an innovative software product, which subscribers using their advantage in theelectronic market, are able to increase the global competitiveness of its business, to build an effective system of collective directinvestment, enhance the use of ICT in the economic and social environment.
