In the conditions of system all-consuming corruption in Russia is necessary to build adequate system counteraction. Suchcounteraction is possible in the presence of political will at political elite. However, in conditions when subjects of counteraction of corruption areand a source of political corruption to have to become thoughtful seriously about efficiency of the state anticorruption policy and to considerpossible to it alternatives.
