In the present article the analysis of the politiko-ideological concept of the sovereign democracy developed by ruling politicalelite of modern Russia and called to become the state ideology for the Russian society is given. In work key parameters of studying ofconceptual bases of sovereign democracy, its prospect and a problem in Post-Soviet Russia are presented.
