In article the author analyzes technology of legal acts and its perfection with a view of increase of efficiency of activity of criminally-executive system. During the spent analysis the author has revealed peculiar features of technology of the legal acts, distinguishing it from technology of activity, and also has offered directions of perfection of technology of the legal acts published in criminally-executive system.
