The important role in realization of innovative policy of the highest educational institution is played by improvement of mechanisms of interaction between participants of innovative process, including the organization of interaction of educational institutions with the organizations and the enterprises of various branches and fields of activity with a view of advance of new technologies production and management, and as for the purpose of professional development of shots for innovative activity.
