Abstract:

The main goal of this article is the study of approaches how to define the concept of innovative potential in the region and determinationof its structure. The main approaches how to define the basic scientific concepts of innovative potential in the region havebeen systematized. The analysis concerning the use of systematic approach how to define the concept of innovation potential andthe principles of its structure has been carried out.
