Abstract:

Modern problems of public safety connected with the spreading of cyberterrorism will be reviewed under this report. The legal statusof crimes in the high-tech industry is reviewed. Main characteristics of crimes in the high-tech industry and specific versions of cyberterrorism are herein described. Main risks of society connected with potential threat of cyberterrorism have been defined.
