The Diffiulties the Secondary School Leaders Experience in the Curriculum Management Which is one of the Components of Education

Abstract:
In this study, identifying the obstacles to the components of educational leadership of secondary school leaders is aimed. By means of this study, it has been understood that the number of female teachers are less than male teachers. When the rate of educational degree of the leaders who are under this study have been researched, it has been understood that the group that has master degree is composed of the majority of teachers; license and decorate degree have followed them. When the results about obstacles of management skills of curriculum have been researched, motivating everybody to be able to reach the School Vision, making everybody feel that their ideas are important, and making them feel equal among all staffs have taken the fist three ranks. At the end of the analysis, in addition, it has been understood that when the differences between ages of the group under the study have been searched, the older ones had more problems; when the differences between genders have been researched female had more problems than male. According to the results of the study a series of suggestions has been offered concerning preventing obstacles and for improving academic level of staffs.
