The article describes the development trend of V (F) X in Russia, as well as the effectiveness of their background work to ensure profitability. Given the fundamental conditions for the functioning of regional agricultural markets, which is due to the possibility of development of the farm sector. The author suggests measures the effective functioning of the peasant (farm) with the basic conditions.
