The authors reveal the essence of the implementation of investment projects in the construction sector, give the currently accepted list of risks in this area, and then by selecting the stages of the life cycle of investment projects suggest on that basis a new classification of risks. The value of this classification is determined by the fact that for each phase we identified a full range of risks associated with each stage. This allows you to prepare in advance a set of measures to neutralize these risks in life cycle stages of investment projects, which is essential for the effective elimination of negative effects of these risks.
