Abstract: In this article, the present condition and exporting opportunities of Russias Defense Industrial Complex, export dynamics and structural changes are considered. On the base of this analysis, the necessity of changing Russias place in the world economy is proven as well. Competition at the world market of arms and military equipment is analyzed, to show the need both of modernization of certain military products and reforming of Defense Industrial Complex in whole.
