Abstract: The authors investigate a relationship between logistical companies, expenses for construction of a warehouse complex, and a demand of logistical operators in terms of the theory of cooperative games. The problem of calculation of efficiency of associated logistical companies is mathematically modeled in terms of the theory of the expenses distribution; a number of approaches to its solution is examined.
