Abstract: The paper demonstrates that the high level of the property rights concentration in the economy leads to emerging of the mesoeconomy of oligarchy type, which is characterized by domination of conglomerate mesoeconomic structures. The low level of property rights concentration leads to the mesoeconomy with domination of integrated companies. The nowadays Russia has got an oligarchic mesoeconomy, highly unstable and low efficient.
