Abstract: The article is devoted to comparative analysis of different types of cash flows which are used within different frameworks in accounting, in business valuation and in value-based management. Recommendations how to plan cash flows within different time periods and how to meet requirements of newly adopted Russian Federal standards of valuation are given.
