Abstract: The paper analyses the existent approaches to the distinguishing of scientific schools. The existence of the system of dominant characteristics of scientific schools is proved scientifically. The new school of management, called by the authors «technological school», has just appeared. The historical division into periods of the main management schools development has been improved. Also, the authors distinguish applied aspects in view of technological management school. The management technology, in authors opinion, consists of the objects, methods, functions, and mathematic modeling of the management processes.
