Abstract: This article is devoted to the questions of fraud in the sphere of insurance. Some reasons of occurrence and development of the given kind of fraud, ways of fraud from insurers, policyholders, insurance intermediaries and the third parties, are described. Also, the authors offer a number of measures to prevent and struggle against insurance fraud.
