Abstract: Charles Handy is Britain's onfy world-famous management guru. Handy proposes the theory of modern organization as «shamrock organization». This is essentially a tripartite structure (core workers, nonessential workers, flexible labour force). Handy's works is most humancentred. The author is aware of the social and spiritual costs of future changes.
