Structural irregularity of Russian economic space: the problem of its parameterization

Abstract: Modern regional policy supposes irregular development and prosperity of economic subjects and is directed to achievement of social efficiency of market mechanism. The concept of regional economic development of Russia supposes realization of this idea. Under fast development of resources concentrating regions and peripheries being behind, we have got a growth of centreperipheral differences.
