Abstract: The level and dynamic of criminality is measured through statistic ratios, in particular, the criminal ratio. Geographic differences in the level of criminality should be assessed via different factors, namely, the indices of human development. In this article, the correlation of these factors is researched by the method of statistic equalization formulas of dependency.
