Abstract: The article deals with main problems of budget misbalances which is adherent to the majority of local management. It provides the actuality of this research. The term "local management resources " is formulated. The proposals on the improvement of mechanism of the management of the revenue resources are stated which as a principal goal have raising of the budget of local management to the required level.
