Abstract: В работе построена модель разработки инноваций, направленных на снижение вредных выбросов. Решается задача оптимизации уровня производства, вредных выбросов и объема технологических инноваций (направленных на снижение издержек сокращения выбросов загрязняющих веществ) с точки зрения максимизации общественного благосостояния. Предложенная модель может служить основой выбора наиболее эффективного инструмента регулирования выбросов загрязняющих веществ в различных условиях.In work the model of working out of the innovations directed on decrease of harmful emissions is constructed. The problem of optimisation of the level of production, harmful emissions and volume of technological innovations (the costs of reduction of emissions of polluting substances directed on decrease) from the point of view of public welfare maximisation dares. The offered model can form a basis of a choice of the most effective tool of regulation of emissions of polluting substances in various conditions.
