Abstract: Модель межотраслевого объединения, корпоративного типа, с обеспечением условий вертикальной интеграции в энергетике решает проблемы: регулярной, просроченной дебиторской задолженности товаропроизводителей, исключая ее, и невозможность хранения и накопления энергоресурсов с превращением их в часть готовой продукции товаропроизводителей либо в долю их выручки, пропорционально вкладу энергоресурсов в производство реализуемой продукции.Model of interbranch association, corporate type, in power solves problems with maintenance of conditions of vertical integration: regular, delayed ebts of commodity producers, excepting it, and impossibility of storage and accumulation of power resources with their transformation into a part of finished goods of commodity producers or into a share of their gain, it is proportional to the contribution of power resources to manufacture of realised production.
