Abstract: Анализ различных подходов к реструктуризации предприятий на основе концепции процессного управления показывает наибольшую перспективность реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов. Он обеспечивает повышение эффективности деятельности предприятия за счет пересмотра характера взаимодействия подразделений в рамках управляемых бизнес-процессов применительно к специфике предприятия.Analysis of various approaches to re-structuring of the enterprises on the basis of the concept of process management shows the greatest perspectivity of reengineering of business processes. It provides increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise at the expense of revision of character of interaction of divisions within the limits of operated business processes with reference to specificity of the enterprise.
