Выявлены основные проблемы развития и показана необходимость создания и внедрения единой комплексной программы развития.In article the analysis of a current condition of sphere of tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out. The basic problems of development are revealed and necessity of creation and introduction of the uniform complex program of development is shown
