Abstract: Для запуска механизмов разработки и внедрения инноваций необходима соответствующая концентрация интеллектуальных, материальных и финансовых ресурсов, их эффективная комбинация во времени и пространстве. Совокупность всех доступных для хозяйствующего субъекта экономических ресурсов (земля, труд, капитал, предпринимательские способности человека) определяет основу его потенциала.Corresponding concentration is necessary for start of mechanisms of working out and introduction of innovations intellectual, material and financial resources, their effective combination in time and space. Set of all economic resources accessible to the managing subject (the earth, work, the capital, enterprise abilities of the person) defines a basis of its potential.
