Abstract: Введено понятие управления, особого по части компонентов в смысле принципа максимума Понтрягина и особого по остальным компонентам в классическом смысле. Получены новые необходимые условия оптимальности в системах Гурса Дарбу.The paper proposes the definition of control singular with respect to the part of components in the Pontryagins maximum principle sence and singular with respect to the remain components in the classical sence. New necessary conditions of optimality are derived in the Goursat Dourboux systems.
