Transaction costs: efficiency of resources on capital market

Abstract: The paper considers transaction costs on the capital market. The author identifies direct dependence between transaction costs on the capital market and inflow of foreign capital to economy. The typology of administrative barriers as phenomenon of transaction costs on the capital market is presented.
