Problems of labor resources in post-war rural communities (based On the materials from the Saratov and Stalingrad regions)

Abstract: The paper defines the state of labor resources in rural communities after the Great Patriotic War, examines demographic processes and results of the state policy aimed at developing human resources from rural population for the needs of the national economy. The analysis of labor resources structure in rural regions is given. The author identifies labor resources problems in the countryside which had become aggravated as a result of demographic, migratory and other processes in the second half of the 1940s first half 1950s.
