General trends of state financial control in modern conditions

Abstract: The article deals with issues of analysis of trends in state financial control. Nature of program-targeted approach to control budget spending is investigated. Requirements for accounting and financial reporting are defined, which is the main source of information during control actions and ways to improve the accounting system of state enterprises.
