Abstract: In the article the system of the statistical providing of management reproduction of population is offered in a region, which enables acceptance of the weighed decisions and promotes their efficiency. The deep statistical analysis of demographic situation is conducted in Crimea for period 1970 2008 with the use of integral index, built on the basis of the improved system of statistical indexes.
