Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of external economic collaboration of Ukraine and EU in financial markets development. The main directions of reforming of domestic securities market are analyzed in the format of deeper collaboration between EU and Ukraine and consequences of liberalization of capital flow for the basic participant groups on securities market in Ukraine.
