Abstract: The contradictions of Ukraine's financial sector development in context of its integration in modern financial market of European countries are considered. The problems of Ukraine's parabank system functioning are researched. The need in increase the efficiency of factoring and leasing companies, non-governmental pensionary funds activities are stressed.
