Interbudget transfers as the balance instrument of the profits and expenses of the local budgets

Abstract: The following research deals with the features and essence of the interbudgetary relations in Ukraine, tries to found out the ways of rationalization and subsequent reformation of the financial relations which was folded between the levels of the budgetary system. This study analyses the interbudgetary transfers as the main instrument of the profits and charges balancing of the local budgets.
