Development of normative provision in Ukrainian corporative sector

Abstract: The peculiarities of modern situation of standard maintenance of the corporate sector of economy of Ukraine are considered in this article. The attention is focused on the basic positions of the Law of Ukraine "On joint-stock companies" and peculiarities of its introduction. The advantages and disadvantages of the new Law for legislative base of a corporate governance in Ukraine are studied.
